Frequently asked
Which Apple Watch models does Lifted work with?
All of them. On Apple Watch Ultra the physical Action button drives the whole start sequence — start, sync, and ping the line with presses instead of taps on a wet screen. On every other model the same presses live on an on-screen control, which you can also drive with Double Tap.
How do I assign Lifted to the Action button?
On your watch, open Settings ▸ Action Button ▸ Workout ▸ Lifted. A press of the Action button will then take you straight into Lifted.
Do I need the iPhone app?
No — the watch runs the whole race on its own. The iPhone app is where saved races replay: the track coloured by speed, VMG or shift, with a scrubber and charts. It can also run a race entirely by itself if you would rather leave the watch at home.
Where does the wind come from?
Live wind speed and direction come from Apple Weather; the app's own estimators then track the shifts from how you sail — no instruments or masthead gear involved. If Apple Weather cannot be reached, there is no wind source and the dashboard falls back to its basic course-and-speed mode.
How do I manage or cancel my subscription?
Subscriptions are handled by Apple. You can view, change, or cancel your subscription any time by following Apple's subscription guide.
